RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN PERIOD

Products can be returned within 14 days from day of purchase.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products cannot be returned in case they were:

• – Electronic components;
• – not in a good condition, or not saleable or merchantable;
• – used already;
• – cannot be wrapped back into their original packaging;
• – sold during promotional periods; or
• – returned by customer with excessive return rates.

RETURN STEPS

1. Call our customer care team on +974 4447 7566 for a preliminary approval

2. Wrap the products back in their original packing

3. Ship back the product or bring it in person to the following address

4. Returned products are subject to final check once they arrive

5. Refund will be made in the original form the purchase was made, and might take up to 14.

REPLACEMENT

Replacements accepted unless the product is damaged by misuse or mistake by the customer,and subject to the terms above.
